Hey I’m fitz!
A functional medicine dietitian specializing in women’s gut, hormones, and metabolic health. Throughout my own journey with PCOS, gut issues, and an autoimmune condition called psoriasis (google if you dare) I quickly realized Band-Aid fixes weren’t the long-term solution for healing. So, I started digging into the research and asking the deeper questions.
I found functional medicine to be the game changer in finally getting answers and no longer just managing symptoms. Since then, I made it my mission to get this information in the hands of many more deserving women and help them feel seen, heard, and empowered. I cannot wait to support you – no matter where you are on your journey towards better health & wellness.
I’m so glad you’re here!
